The methods as described under ‘work methods’ on this website, are very accessible, easy to learn and effective. Participants receive a wealth of experience that consists of know-how, practical application and exercises.
Modules
During the four modules of this training we address the following subjects:
- Basic principles of communication through four levels of communication and communication problems
- Listening skills as the foundation of clear communication accompanied by a variety of listening exercises
- Discussion skills which teach us how to deal with conflicts when there are opposite interests or concerns
- The Dialogue principles through eight steps, which offer practical experience in a simple manner when it comes to discussion skills
- Giving and receiving of feedback
- Giving a presentation and facilitating a group process.
- Discussion training through role play
- Giving individual coach sessions
The training has no more than 20 participants. This gives a lot of time for deepening of the processes and personal attention.
Duration
This training consists of 12 days, that are offered during 4 weekends over a period of 3 months.
Price
The cost of this training is € 1850,- excluding 19% VAT (for the Netherlands) and accommodation/meals.
