Free Kids
Dialogue from your heart results in a shifting of ineffective patterns of communication into a very natural and effortless way of communicating that is honest, direct and fearless. This has a lasting and positive effect on behavior, self image and interaction with others.
Together with my colleagues Carolien van der Blonk and Mercedes Löhnen I formed a collective where we joined our fields of expertise, which carries the working title: Free Kids.
Free Kids addresses communication that takes place within the triangle of parents, school teachers and children, and specializes in bullying situations. Bullying happens a lot at schools and is a big problem which often causes deep suffering. After a lot of research it has become clear that there is a great need for adequate solutions.
Carolien and Mercedes have both completed the Dialogue Coach Training Program. Carolien Works as a personal coach and specializes in communication between parents and children. Mercedes works as a school teacher at a Montessori school and she applies Dialogue from your heart very successfully with her students, in particular in bullying situations. For years it has been my personal desire to introduce this method to school teachers.
Our collective is currently preparing to present out methods into the educational system, and focuses on communication with and around children. We intend to offer workshops, training programs and individual coach sessions to the three parties involved (parents, teachers and children).
In order to make sure that our methods and solutions connect in an adequate way to the problematic nature of practical experience, we have a need for feedback, input and a brainstorm. That is why we would like to invite you to a meeting where we will present our project, would like to exchange ideas with people who feel in any way involved with this subject as well as people who would like to participate as an individual Dialogue Coach.
