I am Joy. That is, its what my friends call me.
It could also be true that it is me. When I do The Work I can feel it.
I have, so far, attended two seminars with Katie and done The Workingcoach with Janaki.
I have tried many different forms of self-education, but not found any other form that is so clear and useful in my daily life as The Work. And fun!
